Hello out there! I have been contemplating a blog for quite some time and decided to take the plunge. I felt like there may be approximately 3 people who would stop by and visit....we will see! I have so much to learn and I am very excited to share my life and my recipes with you. My husband tells me he thinks I am never happier than when I am in my kitchen and covered with flour. The one exception may be when my almost 4 year old granddaughter is helping me in the kitchen. The latest project we are working on is teaching her how to help make sourdough bread. She is becoming quite the accomplished kneader and loaf shaper. And of course she is an expert sampler, especially when the loaves are fresh from the oven :)
Stay tuned and I will be posting pictures and the recipe for the sourdough next time we are scheduled to bake.
